CashMesra is an e-money lending service registered under Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (“KPKT”) or the Ministry of Housing and Local Government. It offers customers a convenient and flexible financing experience, allowing them to borrow loans digitally without the necessity of visiting our physical store.

Eligible applicants must be Malaysian citizens aged between eighteen (18) to sixty (60) years, employed for a minimum of three (3) months and earning a basic monthly salary of at least Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM 1,000.00). In addition, individuals seeking a loan would be required to undergo a credit evaluation.

Applicants can submit their application through CashMesra website by following the outlined steps:

• Step 1: Click on the “Apply Now” option located on the upper right-hand side of the website.
• Step 2: Indicate the desired loan term and amount, after which a quotation will be displayed on the screen.
• Step 3: Complete and submit all the necessary documents and forms for the loan application assessment.
• Step 4: Upon approval, the loan would be credited to your designated bank account.

You can anticipate receiving the loan from us within one (1) to three (3) working days. However, please be advised that the processing duration may be longer due to the verification process and the time it takes for you to provide the necessary documents.

For salaried employee applicants, the necessary documents are as follows:

• A copy of the Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (“NRIC”).
• Most recent three (3) months of salary slips.
• Most recent three (3) months of bank statements.
• Most recent utility bill for water or electricity.

For self-employed applicants, the necessary documents to be provided are as follows:

• A copy of NRIC (Malaysian).
• Most recent registration or company profile obtained from the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”) or the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
• Most recent (6) months of business or company’s bank statements.
• Most recent three (3) months of personal bank statements.
• Most recent utility bill for water or electricity.

The monthly loan repayments vary based on the loan duration and amount borrowed, with each payment including both the interest rate and principal amount.

Furthermore, the initial monthly loan repayment will also include a stamping fee, which is a tax imposed by the Malaysian government on legal documents.

The loan amount provided by CashMesra is determined by certain qualifying criteria, including your current debt obligations, credit history and income. You can use the "Loan Calculator" on the website to determine the loan amount, repayment period and estimated monthly repayments.

No, applicants must be employed with a minimum basic salary of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM 1,000.00) per month. Self-employed applicants must have a business with a valid SSM certificate for at least six (6) months.

You can only have one active personal loan at a time. You may apply for another loan once your existing loan has been fully repaid.
